Configuration instructions

In order for the app to function, some configuration is necessary.

  1. When prompted, give the app access to the procore project that should receive data from Abax by selecting your project from the list and clicking "Add".

    After this you are directed to the "Configurations" tab of the app management page

  2. Click "Create configuration", which opens up the project configuration window for the app.
  3. Select the project you chose in step 1 from the dropdown and add other details.
  4. (Optional) If you are already a customer of Abax, enter an email address associated with your abax account. This will help speed up the onboarding process.
  5. Click "Create", which sends you back to the configuration list:
  6. Open the "Projects" tab, where you should see your newly created configuration listed.
  7. Important: Click the name of your configuration to open the embedded app. After a brief loading time, you should see a green checkmark confirming that the procore configuration has been set up and is valid. Success!

    A red checkmark indicates that the abax configuration is not valid. In order for the app to fetch data from Abax, we need to manually activate the integration and if you are not a customer of Abax you will need to become one.
